Dispatchers and responders rotate around the clock and rarely sit at the email. Today the gap is filled by group chats on personal phones and Facebook groups nobody can moderate. ARCC gives the centre a private, branded app with push that lands on every shift — and the record stays with the organisation.

Most conference apps are deleted the week after. ARCC is the association's app all year: programme updates and polls during the event, then groups, resources, recognition and a members' feed in between. Delegates already have it installed when the next one opens.

Coaches, parents and athletes in one moderated space with the club's name on it. Team groups for logistics, a feed for match-day photos, forms for registration and consent, and stickers kids actually want to unlock.
