- Is it really our app on the App Store?
- Yes. Your name, icon, splash and colours, listed under your organisation. ARCC publishes and maintains it.
- How long does launch take?
- Branding and configuration happen in the portal without code. Store review is the long pole; most communities are live within weeks.
- Do members need a work email?
- No. Sign-up is any email with a one-time code. You can restrict to your domain or require admin approval if you prefer.
- Do we get new features?
- Every client gets every platform update. Server-side features reach everyone at once; changes to the app itself arrive with your next app release. Module availability follows your plan.
